Trading on Ljubljana Stock Exchange

FIMA Securities, in addition to being a member of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, is also a member of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, which includes the receipt and execution of orders for trading in securities and other financial instruments listed on the regulated market or MTF operated by Ljubljana Stock Exchange d.d.

To use the trading service, a retail client enters into a Brokerage Services Agreement and a Custody Agreement, both standardized and enabling trading on all foreign markets listed in the Annex to the Order Execution Policy. Integral parts of the Brokerage Services Agreement include the General Terms and Conditions, the Service Price List, the Order Execution Policy, and the Investor Protection System Information. An additional benefit for clients who are Croatian tax residents and choose to trade in Slovenia is that we provide tax agent services, i.e., reduced withholding tax on dividends in accordance with the bilateral double taxation avoidance treaty.

Clients may place orders for trading shares in Slovenia by phone, through the eTrade application, in person at the Company’s premises, and exceptionally via email. The eTrade application allows users to monitor real‑time prices of securities on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and directly place orders on both Zagreb and Ljubljana stock exchanges, as well as on international markets such as NYSE, NASDAQ, XETRA, and others.

The financial assets of clients trading on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange are held at Nova Ljubljanska banka d.d., our long‑standing partner for the Slovenian market.

Clients in Slovenia will also be able to access our services through a Slovenian tied agent with office in Ljubljana. In line with our long‑term strategy, this ensures personal contact, faster information, and on‑site support.
