Managing of custody account includes safekeeping and administration of clients’ securities on joint custody accounts opened on behalf of the company in Croatia and abroad and keeping records of clients’ positions respecting the principles of professionalism and discretion. The concept of custody is in the anonymity, as opposed to keeping assets in registers, such as the Central Depository & Clearing Company in Croatia.
Custody is also closely linked to securities trading and transactions’ settlement as well as the exercise of rights related to the ownership of securities, such as, the collection of dividends, interest income, and other inflows.
