About us
Investment company FIMA Securities Ltd. is one of the oldest securities trading companies in the Republic of Croatia. Established in 1999, with its founder FIMA Ltd. being one of the first brokerage houses in the Republic of Croatia and the founder of the Varazdin Securities Market.
Considering the average share turnover achieved on the Zagreb Stock Exchange in the last ten years, FIMA Securities ranks third, placing it within the leading investment companies in Croatia. Since 2010, our services include securities trading on developed world markets and stock exchanges in the region, as well as securities safekeeping and administration.
In addition to trading on basis of client’s order, we also offer a securities portfolio management with different management strategies as well as individual investment consulting services. We are available to our clients through our subsidiaries in Zagreb, Rijeka, Osijek and the headquarters in Varazdin, as well as through the network of tied agents.
The Company is a member of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, SEE Link, the Central Depository and Clearing Company and the Investors Protection Fund, and has the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency’s license for providing investment services.
